It isn't difficult to let us help you. We just need a couple of things.

In order to provide the most efficient support, Paladin will need reemote access to your system.

In addition, you will need to create a "login" ID for Paladin. For VMS systems, that's a record in your User Authorization File (UAF). You will also need to set Paladin up as a CCL database administrator (DBA).

If you need assistance with any of these matters, Paladin can direct you through each of the necessary activities.

Then, we’ll send you a proposal and invoice based on our conversation. When we receive the signed proposal and either a check for the agreed-upon amount or a purchase order, we’ll be ready for your first call.
